Probate: father's legacy causes family dispute

A woman is suing her two siblings over ownership of a £3 million family estate, in a dispute so bitter that they are in contact only through lawyers. An apparent attempt by the father to avoid capital gains tax by transferring half of his estate to his son in trust, has left the family at loggerheads.
