National Will Register gathering momentum

Two thirds of Britons do not have a Will, when most of us should. If a Will can’t be found after your death then your assets will be distributed in accordance with the intestacy rules, not necessarily in the way you would have wished. According to Certainty, the organisation that set up the register, they now have up to 1 Will being registered every 8 seconds, as more firms and individuals take action to protect their wishes.

If you have a Will, it’s time to get it registered on the National Will Register, and if it has been some time since you did your Will, then it’s probably time to update it and to get it registered at the same time.
